Online orders of in stock items placed between Monday to Friday will ship out on the next business day.

Orders of in stock items placed on holidays or weekends will ship out on the next business day, as we do not ship items on weekends or holidays.

Items not in stock will be shipped out immediately after they are received from our vendors. Shipping times for these items will vary.

We ship items with reputable carriers such as ATS, UPS, Fedex and Canada Post.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us directly at 1-855-621-5777 to discuss options! We will do our best to accomodate your needs.

We work with Stripe and Paypal to take care of your online payments. We are able to accept all major credit and debit cards for your orders and we use an SSL encrypted gateway to ensure the highest degree of security for your transaction.

We also accept cheque and electronic bank transfers.
